St Agnes beach is a gently sloping expanse of fine golden sand, enclosed on three sides by 100ft cliffs. Great waves but a strong and talented local crew, so know your strengths and show respect.
Aggie, or The Badlands as it is also known, is a picturesque Cornish surfing town with a great surfing history and tradition. Beach Beat Surfboards and Surfers Against Sewage both have their headquarters here. Check out the Driftwood Spars and Tap House for apre surf chilling and food, and choose from one of many affordable accommodation options from the touring park to one of the hotels: check out the listings on the right. St Agnes boasts two surf schools and several shops. If you choose to base your surfing holiday here, the beaches of Porthtowan, Perranporth and Portreath are close by, and the south coast isn't far away. Tons of options for surfing spots and for flat day fun.
