Constantine is a west-facing wide sandy beach with rock outcrops at each end. Constantine picks up
any swell going, but it's very exposed and will be messed up by
southwesterly or westerly winds. It has hollow, fast and powerful waves and it's a hot spot for local surfers. There is a sloping path to the beach. Parking is limited at Constantine Bay and its better to park at Treyarnon Bay and walk the coast path to Constantine Bay (only takes 10 minutes).
Booby's Bay is a low-tide righthander breaking over sand-and-rocks right at the northern end of the beach. Solid local crew. The Point at the northern end can be good depending on the banks sculpted by the stream. The central stretch of beachbreak is best from mid- to neap-high-tide, with peaky, more powerful peaks. The Reef is a mid-tide left at the southern end with long walling rides.
