Bamburgh

Berwick upon Tweed, Northumberland

Northeast-facing beachbreak which works on all tides. Clean water, dolphins and seals plus great scenery with Gothic castle overlooking the beach. Bamburgh is an exposed beach-break which picks up loads of swell, with right and lefts breaking over a sandy beach. Also an exposed finger of reef which works on big southwesterly swells.
